  This was never the busiest Akaria, it was empty since a long time, which is unfortunate as it is was best looking and most "modern" of its time between the 3 Akarias. I used to love coming to it as a child. Sad to see such wasted potential and lots of nostalgia.

  It's a very rich modern mall. It was one of the top malls in the nineties and 2000s. I believe that it can be revived with special rent offers.

  The SCFHS Exam is happening on 6th Floor…
  .. More than Shopping , 3rd Akaria mall is filled with White Collar Offices .. STC Solutions…There is a wide prayer hall at B2..

  The property management needs to consider the indoor temperature. Poor air-conditioning. Unpleasant to sit and enjoy the coffee.

  The market was so famous. And had many famous brands, but they left this market and some are there but as an outlets. So you may enjoy this nice building and fewer outlets. And many companies have rented offices here too.

  Large mall with a variety of shops. Most of the shops are for cloths or old items. It also has a center for games and it is a decent place.

  Very wide parking space which is good in this crowded area. But guys you must take a pic and remeber the number of parking lot. Otherwise you waste a lot of time to findout your car

  Upscale mall during the late 90's before hypermarket was introduce in Riyadh city centre. There are still few shop worth the visit. Offices were located at the upper level were I used to work for more 20 years.

  One of the posh malls I have ever seen. Trend changed since 1999 till 2014. One of the attractive places in Riyadh specially for bachelors.

  Specislized store outlets are inside. So come here if u know what you will buy.. retail outlets offer good prices.

  Longest mall I've seen after sahara mall in Riyadh. But unfortunately this place is gradually becoming dead. Shops don't open in daytime for 3-4 hours in normal days. Even most of the shops are simply closed. Don't know the reason but this place could've been a wonderful marketplace. Now it's just the food court and couple of shops that survive.

  This is a big shopping mall you can find a selection of things here from clothes and electronics specially electronics don't bother searching for restaurants there are only two or three and there is a Dunkin' Donuts which is the center of attention The location of the small makes it an attraction in the city of Riyadh.

  Great location but seem to never been renovated. Becoming very old and dangerous to walk by especially on windy day (watch out for falling front glass panels).
  Also they cannot enforce no smoking policy inside.
