  Hard to find parking and you have to copy all of your paper before you came to them

  You always have to show up at least half an hour before they open, they serve a very limited number of people for each service daily. They stop taking requests for most services hours before noon. Its always crowded and you have to stand in line for a long time before finding out you have to leave and bring a bunch of documents and of course you can't come back till the next day. They don't explain their procedures or the requirements clearly and the few posted instructions are very vague.
  A bit of an advice, go across the street and ask people at the printing shops about the required service procedures and documents. They will do most of requirements for a tiny price and inform you with clear instructions on what to do and where to go next, Huge time saver.

  Service is fast, advise to get your paperwork done by the small desk outside, you pay a little amount but they make sure you have all the proper paperwork.

  Service has improved but very old building hard to park your car due to crowded area.

  Passport office located at the crowded area but most of the issues can be solved by online .if anyone visit add half an hour to your time
