The worst pharmacy to ever exist in Rwanda, they have many medications but they don't know how to treat their clients and solve their problems. It's a shame that we still deal with such issues in this decade. Not at all happy with this one kabisa. The one star is because I can't have an option to leave none, ariko it's a zero if I had to rate

Bad customer service. Specially by the manager who is seating down and talking on the phone. You sell madicine, you can save someone's life but you don't care enough to get up and help.

Most of the medicines are available here. And it pharmacy is open 24*7. But service is bit slow may be because its always crowded. But i definitley dont like to wait to just let them know what i want.
