Their technicians are the worst. All they know how to do is factory reset.

They have the poorest service delivery I have ever seen. I wanted to repair my phone (chassis and camera), they kept telling me to wait for a spare delivery. I've been waiting 5 months now. Their response is always the same: "come back next month". It's really annoying.
