The best service standard in the city as well as one of the best in the country... Explore yourself more than what i ve seen

  Excellent location, u can pass hours sitting next to the lake sipping your beer. Waves forms in the lake as if u r sitting next to a sea beach. Sand available alongwith the shoreline. Excellent and courteous staff. Excellent food.

  amazing place to be... lake is so huge that the wind creates waves... fresh water waves... wow.. one of the best draught bear in the world.. buffet is nice too but better to cook and carry so that you dont have to leave the warmth of sand... has baths located at beach for after showers...

  Its relaxing & very welcoming! Along the shores of L. Kivu. The journey is amazing. The roads are beautifully maintained. Conservation of nature is at the heart of Rwanda. What a lovely country Rwanda is! So much restoration of hope.

  Great location, serene surroundings...sandy beach. .comfortable rooms.. Activities include jetskiing, boat rides ...good service...but food was very disappointing..

  One of the best hotels ive been to. Its located in a quite serene environment. The service is awsome. It has an awsome view of Lake Kivu which i could have stared at almost all day.

  The Hotel is on the coast of lake kivu. The climate is very Good. The service is very customer oriented. Music Entretainment is part of the life

  Great service! The waiters are very polite and helpul, gave 4 stars because it takes a long time for food to come after ordering! I'm sure they can work on it.

  The hotel is far more expensive than similar options. The service was poor in relation to the rest of Rwanda. From one night we experienced waiting 30 minutes for a beer, incorrect orders being brought and food orders being forgotten. The "clean" plates were all greasy, unfortunately it was the only place in all of Rwanda which made me sick. The pool is clean and there are great views and a private beach in front of the hotel

  This is a really nice hotel. Friendly and service minded staff. Very good WiFi coverage, the rooms are comfy and clean and the location is super. Good view, on the beach and a nice pool to. Recommended!

  There is no any services such as sauna, steam room or even open buffet dinner... Who would ever want to stay in a hotel without services? I visited many Serena hotels but never felt like this, and no one informed me there is no any services...

  All good. Loved the local fish Sambaza, really delicious. Except that the shower was not working (it needed one hand to continuously keep the flow tap pressed).
