I expected a little more of W, especially after wonderful experience of Chinese W hotels. Still, it is very nice: great location, nice rooms, friendly staff.
What could be improved: rooms need maintance and renovation (the faucet in our room was not working properly), and SPG members need more attention (no upgrade at all)

Great rooftop patio, professional staff, heaters and blankets when it's cool out. Fairly high-end and the prices reflect this. Had a great time. Would have liked to see some beers on tap. Would recommend.

I live in this hotel from 5 august 2017 tll 13 of august beautifull ' hotel management of this hotel confuses what a hotel and what a disco is I found unbelivable that having been charged s considerable amount per night i have to call the reception to ask that the music of the terace at 23 33 comes down in order been able to sleep thank you but never again

Didn't stay here as a guest - visited the rooftop bar only. Had a nice cheese board for a snack with a beer and took on the beautiful views. Great place for a view and a drink!

Have been staying for 6 nights, and have only the best things to report. A surprise delivery of balloons, cake and wine for my birthday; tailoring done in a hurry; a very relaxed living room with snacks available late; good selection at breakfast; reasonably priced food on the fabulous roof-top bar (music a little too loud, but that is what you often get in W hotels). Plus an extremely comfortable bedroom and bathroom with plenty of space. All in all, first class service with extremely friendly staff. Rates are typical for St Petersburg, with better deals often available in the low season and if you book well in advance.

Very modern room with a very comfortable bed. I wish I had one like that back home. It's pretty close to the fun part of town. W hotels never fail to amaze me. I recommend this with all my hearth. PS: This is the northernmost W in the world.
