  meaneful place to visit, considering it is the starting or ending point of trans siberian train.
  there is an old siberian train operated in the past at the platform .

  The terminal of the Trans-siberian railway! Definitely a must. When you enter, there's security check - you need to put all your bags on the scanner. Beautiful interior from the the Tsarist times. On the platforms near an old steam engine train there's a monument "9288" kilometers - which is the length of the Trans-siberian.
