I liked the hotel. Situated in one corner of Olympia Garden Park of St. Petersburg, it is in walking distance from the Technological Institute metro station. In the park there is a children's playing area. Next to the park one find nice small local pubs and also cafeterias from where fresh coffee, sandwiches and home made style food can be purchased. Liked these very much. In the hotel itself all good hotel's services can be found and worked fine. Breakfast at hotel's restaurant Fransmanni was very good and no reason to doubt other meals. As a night owl I liked very much the hotel's pub which was open very late. The pub seemed a good place for watching international sports, play snooker or other games, have good time with friends. I also liked the idea that it's not clear where restaurant ends and pub starts. Excellent lounge.

Clean hotel. Rooms are adequate. Sports bar is great downstairs. Breakfast is average.

Basic its a tourism masive hotel not walking distance for the main atractions in the city buy just 5 mins walking to the nearest subway station

I never ever have written any comment about a hotel before, but this time, I just can't help but say, the attitude of the receptionists is just lousy. They look impatient, unpleasant and unfriendly. They never answer phone calls. room is ok. Clean enough, but they somehow accidentally forgot to changed the towels, even we tipped more than we should. So many whys in my mind

Great hotel, not expansive. The room is comfortable and very clean, breakfast is good, and the stuff is friendly. Location is good (close to the metro), and few supermarket and mini-markets are within a short walking distance.

This place is OK. Breakfast is good and complete. A bit expensive but it's paying for simplicity and quality. Most of the employees speak English.

Service is medium - staff is rather unfriendly. The hotel itself is all right. Location is good- not far from the metro and in a park, so it's not loud. In general I can recommend it, but it's not really a 4 star hotel.

Basically the hotel was nice and clean. We were given a superior room and the air conditioning didn't work properly. It felt like we were in a sauna. The curtains close in front of the air conditioner as well, so it's between the window and the curtain, and not IN the room - ridiculous. After 2 days, thinking it was just like this in the hotel, we discovered that our friends had nice cool rooms with good air conditioning and we requested to be transferred to another room. In the new room the air conditioning worked (and the room was smaller). We recieved an electric kettle, coffe, tea, etc, as well, 2 robes and shower gel and hair conditioner, which we hadn't received in the first room and were given the excuse that the first room was a standard one and not superior, which is incorrect. Breakfast was not particularly good, but also not horrible.
