This isn’t the best hotel where I lived. Long waited at the reception, bad room cleaning in my room the shower was broken! This service can't be in a five-star hotel!

It is very hot in rooms in october. Heating has just started in Russia, but they don`t regulate it. And to be honest I was just ready to die because of hotness :(( Also breakfasts disappointed!

I would not rank this hotel 5 stars. It offers good rooms and author pool plus great location! However check in is horrible (20min and we were not the only one with this problem), room amenities are not extensive and service in lobby is lacking.

The worst service ever. You do not expect a Mariott to:
1) Not be able to register a group at the appointed time because the rooms are not ready
2) Not to be able to finish the cleaning even after 9 hours after the appointed time
3) Take 1 hour to return the deposit for a key
4) Have the shortage of towels every day
5) Always give misleading controversial information from different staff members.
Very disappointed.

Spacious rooms, great breakfast location. Spa area looks promising but public steam room and sauna are almost freezing. Better use those in ladies/men changing rooms.

Too expensive but the staff is top notch and offers everything you can imagine. You'll have to walk or take a transfer to the chair lift though, so not super convenient for skiing.

Perfect. it was (5 stars) write by me 1 year ago when the hotel started accept guests . I cant left 5 stars now because there are many small problems such as guests chain on the reception, not ready room in time, flowing water in shower, hair in porridge on the breakfast, empty minibar, no toothpaste, no handkerchiefs, while every thing in generally is better than around and the most service-people smile and polite. And not good that many not usual guests from casino.
