Отвратительный сервис. Вернее - его нет. С вас сдерут деньги за парковку и не моргнут. У меня возникло затруднение с заездом на паркинг Шереметьево, мне перезвонили через 12 дней после сдачи машины с вопросом: Как Ваши дела?
И в пять раз дороже берут за штрафы ГИБДД, которые оплачивают они сами, пользуясь данными моей карточки. Автоматом. Нарушения на 1500 рублей обошлись мне в 6000 р. В договоре типа написано. На мои жалобы не отвечают, так как клиентский сервис работает в одну сторону. Связи с ними нет. Если есть возможность не пользоваться их услугами, рекомендую обходить их стороной.response / report this review -

Basically Sixt scammed me. I paid a the full insurance coverage to avoid any kind of extracharges, I returned the vehicle to the parking without any kind of damage. Once returned the managers from sixt told me that the car was scratched and they charged me the full repair of the damage, because I didn't have a police record of the damage (how can I have a police report of something that didn't happen in my presence?). I rent cars at least 1 week a month and due to this situation I will never ever rent a car with Sixt any more, and I'll try to make sure that no one I know and no one in my company uses Sixt any more. Now you've got your fraudulent extra cash, but you've lost a client and potential new ones. Well done!

I was charged an illegal additional charge.
I protested, but was forced to pay from credit card.
Because it is not reliable company, I recommend that you do not matter or enter the full cover insurance in order to avoid trouble.response / report this review -
