  STN Appartments liegen zentral und je nach Wohnung auch ruhig mit Sicherer Parkmöglichkeit. So weit, so gut. Jedoch sind die Wohnungen schäbig und alt ausgestattet. Der Service der Fa. STN ist sehr mangelhaft. Keiner fühlt sich bei Problemen zuständig, englisch wird wenig und schlecht gesprochen und ständig hatte ich das Gefühl falsch verstanden worden zu sein.
  Fazit: nicht empfehlenswert!

  Квартиры очень хорошие, окна на тихий дворик, но прямо в центре Санкт-Петербурга.

  STN apartments offer you absolutely unacceptable places for living. Their apts located in the center of Petersburg, but they are old, shabby and dangerous (electrical sockets were smoking). We refused to stay there and left it. The only option was to find a new apts ourselves.
  And if you pay with credit card online - it is not refundable.
  Never make a deal with STN
