My experience with Vitaly and Russian Mountain Holidays crew was just absolutely epic! Every small detail of our climb was organized perfectly. All the guides and Vitaly (The CEO) were super friendly and very professional. Dreams came true! Looking forward to Siberia with you guys! Thank you so much, Vitaly and Kate! It was JUST EPIC! Highly recommended! You are the best!
Hands down these guys are the BEST! Russia is badass! Elbrus Climbing via the South Route in September with the best weather window ever and straight after we went to Siberia to climb Mt. Belukha (the highest peak of Siberia)! We succeded in both expeditions thanks to Vitaly Stegno and Alex! They are just simply AMAZING!!! It was the experience of a lifetime and almost 20 days in the middle of nowhere! The best and the only company to climb with in Russia! Siberia is unbelievable!!! Thank you so much guys! You are the legends!
It is not a surprise that RMH has excellent rating! Everything was organized very well – starting from web page, where explained everything you need; continuing with constant support during preparation phase; staying on the same great level with managing our ascent to Mt. Elbrus and finishing with joint sightseeing in Pyatigorsk. Vitaly is very enthusiastic about his job and does everything to make the ascent unforgettable. And, of course, there are very professional and experienced guides to be sure that you reach the summit and safely come back (greetings to Sergey!).
I think it is the best guiding company in that region. Highly recommended!
Where to start! I had an incredible week climbing Elbrus with Vitaly and his team. We arrived at the airport and the team was there and ready to welcome us. We then drove to the hotel in Tserkol village and had some fantastic local Caucasian food. The next day was a lovely hike up to this amazing water fall to acclimatise for Elbrus. Following on from that, we made our way up to the mountain shelter using the cable car (sky lift) and this fun truck drive up some very mountainy roads. The following few days is a good mix that builds us up for the mountain. With some self rescue training, two hikes up to 4200 and 4800 prior to the summit.
The guides where very professional and offer every one the chance to summit depending on weather and time restraints even if that person happens to be quite a bit slower than the rest of the groups.
All in all me and my friend had a fantastic time, never a boring moment and lots of good fun laughs.
The price we paid was perfect for what we got and all that comes included.
Will definitely like to visit them all again someday.

Good experience, RMH is a small company but well organized, Vitalyi cared about every small detail. He's young but experienced, and what I especially liked is that he's a humble guy, there are no stupid questions for him.
Too bad we didn't summit, but that was the impossible weather's fault, not the organization's.
By the way, balkarian food is unexpectedly goodand the Caucasus is a wild and complicated place, I already feel like coming back and exploring it with much more calm and patience
Truly incredible service by Russian Mountain Holidays. I contacted Vitaly from RMH with a very short notice that I was coming and he went out of his way to accommodate me and organize the entire expedition - from food to housing to guiding to site seeing.
Best guide service around and I can't thank them enough for making this trip happen for me. Make sure they're at the top of your list when you visit. I promise it will be worth it - filled with constant laughs and the best time of your life.
I am a mountaineering enthusiast and have done treks/summits around the world, currently attempting my seven summits.
For any serious mountaineer while attempting a summit there are three things which are critical, which can make or break your summit attempt:
1) Accommodation: Should be comfortable and hygienic to give your body proper rest and keep your spirits high. Russian Mountain Holidays gave us the best available accommodation at Terskol Village (Wooden lodge with electricity, heating, wifi, running hot water, attached bathrooms the works) and on the mountain.
2) Good Food: It was always wholesome, nutritious and great tasting! :) Again a very important factor in keeping you healthy and strong on the mountain.
3) Mountain Guides: They were through professionals (one of them was an ex Olympian!), super helpful and knew the mountain like the back of their palm and always inspiring…a big thank you to both Sergei and Alex!
Russian Mountain Holidays is the best company I have ever attempted a summit with. Totally professional, best facilities, is a local company and therefore has all the local knowledge of the mountain and the surroundings.
Lastly Vitaly the guy who runs the show has extensive knowledge of everything, is totally dedicated and you can have loads of fun with him. Besides climbing the summit you can comeback from Russia with a friend for life!! I will remember the treks, bonfires and merry making for a long, long time!
Thank you so much for giving us a wonderful time and an awesome holiday!
Cheers and wish you all the best!!

I went to Russia "solo" last week to try to climb Mt.Elbrus . I choosed Russian Mountain Holidays as my guide company, and I have no one regret. They made my trip just awesome and perfect. They've been taking care of every part of my trip!! Even before my travel, they've been helping me via WhatsApp !!!!
Once there, all it's been super super cool. They just became as part of your family.
I'll be back for sure, and with no doubts with RMH !!!!!
We did the South Route with RMH and it went just perfect. Everything was well organized, the guides really know their stuff and they speak English (this is not so common!). Besides, the food is surprisingly good!
Also, they were really helpful in the preparation of the trip, promptly answering the ton of questions we had, renting any gear if needed
Top notch service!
