We stayed here for 3 nights. The room was comfortable although glass walls we didn't like.
The room was warm, bed comfortable. Shower and other bathroom items good.
Check-in fast, all staff very nice. Pre arrival, service was great and they helped with items required for visa.response / report this review -

Rooms are for the most part clean. Although staff was rude on several occasions. There's only elevators to some of the rooms the rest you well need to use steps. So because I had someone in a wheelchair we could not use the spa or rest of the facilities. They didn't seem to care about it. But it came with the rooms so we still got charged. Even though I spoke with them. Also the restaurant attached to the hotel was extremely rude and unprofessional they had people coming in that were acquaintances of employees and they would sit and talk and smoke without helping guest..

Wonderful hotel close to the Nevsky Prospect in St Petersburg. Easy walking distance to many of the city's major attractions. Very comfortable rooms, old world charm and friendly staff. We really enjoyed our brief stay here and would highly recommend the Rossi.

Amazing. Felt like a royal while in this place. Great location only a 20 minute walk from the big sight seeing places and super close to all restaurants.

Beautiful wood beams in the rooms, clean, safe, , super nice staff, cozy , central. Modern. Great breakfast buffet! No tub in our rooms but shower was beautiful! Definitely would stay again.

Great central location, good wifi, water refill station in reception, be wary of opening the windows as there are mosquitoes and perhaps look a bit further for spa treatments if you are a non- English speaker. Just paid 900 rbl for mini- pedi which was meant to take 40 minutes but took less than half of that. They do have umbrellas but both days they had run out when we were leaving.
