  Very friendly staff. Comfortable and cozy rooms. The hotel has become much better and more exclusive after renovation.

  A very nice hotel in a good place within St Petersburg. While I'm going to list some things I didn't like, keep in mind that over all this was a very nice hotel.
  
  They use those flat pillows that you need at least 2 to support your head. I was unable to find an ice machine after the staff told me there was one on the 3rd floor, and when I called back they said they would send someone up, they never came. I plugged an HDMI cable into the tv and was unable to change the input with the tv or remote to accept HDMI input (I got the cable from the hotel as a loaner after telling them what I wanted to do). Their gym is very limited.
  
  In the mornings they have a fantastic breakfast set up. I've included pictures. It goes from simple to things like smoked salmon. There are a ton of options no matter what types of breakfast you are into. The staff was very helpful. The in room wifi is fast enough to stream netflix without any buffering.
