This hotel is very new, all the furniture is new, and they recently renovated their lobby.

clean, comfortable bed. spacious and beautiful room. cozy bathroom. perfect place with lover. And appropriate room price. I will choose it again when I visit Saint Petersburg

Fantastic location. In the heart of the city. Walking distance to almost everything. Great staff with a smile. Decor is outdated, room is small and WiFi connection is really bad. We had to go to the corridor to get connected but overall, it was a great and memorable stayed.

We stayed here for 3 nights with a big group. Very tight entrance with limited space at the lobby. Modern furnishing in the lobby and rooms. My room was very clean and neat. This isn't a 5 star quality, perhaps just 4? Only problem was the bathroom probably has leaking somewhere, it smells bad whenever I return to my room. But I just shut the door so the smell doesn't travel. It wasn't really that smelly too so I couldn't be bothered to change my room. Another thing to note, their walls are quite thin. Free wake up calls by 7-8am as people's whispering, chats, footsteps can be heard. Hot food for breakfast changes everyday, which is great. You'll get the rest of the standard options too, including gluten free choices.
Nevertheless, it will still be my choice of stay as I'm not too sure about other hotel standards in St Pete, at least Novotel was clean.response / report this review -
