  3-course lunch costs 310 Rub, food is so-so, portions are small.
  Atmosphere: it's in the basement, so not light and not airy.
  The tables and check are crammed with advertising papers.

  Maybe the best Irish pub in St. Petersburg. Definitely around Nevsky Prospekt. (I've tested a few).
  
  Great atmosphere, reasonable prices, spacious and clean facilities, and very friendly and attentive staff.
