Try to avoid using credit or debit card in this hotel, because it is very big chance that they will double charge you and you will end up chasing for refund for long time like I am chasing now,.

Nice hotel in comfortable location.
In only 15 minutes walking it's possible to be in city center. 10 minutes to the closest Metro station.
Full of nice bars and restaurants in the surroundings.
My room was spacious, clean and with nice furniture. Bathroom was completely new with big shower.
SPA has little pool, sauna, hammam, solarium and massage center.
The only cons was mattress, not so comfortable.response / report this review -

For me this hotel is the best in MOSCOW . Very popular for different TV-shows. Comfortable rooms, tasty breakfasts

Good location, a quiet and soothing lobby. Haven't stayed here though, only rent a conference room few times. Service may be better

The place was awesome and it resembled a palace. When we arrived a person came to us almost immediately and loaded our luggage on the trolley. The reception desk had some potent English speakerswhich really awesome (Russians do not study english). We arrived at 7 in the morn and though our suite was occupied they gave us a small room to stay. However we were surprised when the people turned a blind eye upon a thieving taxi driver ( we went to the Kremlin for 600 rouble but when we returned the taxi driver without a meter named a price of1251 rou). The dining options were expensive and not up to Mark. Our suite (junior) was huge and when we asked them for a rice cooker they cooperated . Must stay

I had the chance to stay at the Mamaison hotel on Pokrovka during my stay in Russia; I can just encourage you to do so . The personal is really attentive and caring, rooms are confortable, and the spa zone is very relaxing after a day of visits. Last but not least, the hotel is really well located, just 30 minutes walking from Moscow Red Square
