I often stay at your hotel for business trip and I really appreciate of your quality service. Also I want to specially thank to your staff who are working in the breakfast saloon, named Aichurok and Niso. They’re so positive, friendly and helpful. I wanted to thank them through here I hope you’ll forward my thanks to them.
P.s, could u please speak with the laundery deliverer for not to knock the door when there’s ‘no disturb’ card on the door, s/he can hang on the door and I’ll take it later ;))

The building is amazing the history of it is an attraction by itself, the staff is amazing every single one was so helpful and polite for the moment we arrive until the moment we left. In the current COVID-19 climate I felt very safe as all the safety measures were always followed.

The Hotel is good. It was recently renovated and the architecture is awesome. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Almost everybody speaks some English. Just speak slowly.
Breakfest is usually better than dinner. Dinner is limited to a one course main dish with lots of sides, refreshments, fruits and wine. The rooms are clean and bigger tha most.
The hotel is situated a block away from the metro and two blocks away from the bullet train station going to Saint Petersburg (or other locations). Everything is a walking distance away from the hotel. Taxi park is to the right of the hotel entrance. The hotel is about 4 miles from downtown Moscow.response / report this review -

Second stay in three months in this great hotel, again with my 6 yo son. He enjoyed a lot, not only from the swimming pool but also the hotel: palying in the room, waiting for the room service for dinner.
One of my favourites hotels in the city.

Excellent beautiful building. Love the 50s era.
I rate it low, due to service quality of front desk during the night. Excruciatingly slow, don't provide any information, and overall lazy. The afternoon staff was much better.response / report this review -

This is a very nice hotel with courteous staff. I'm looking forward to staying here on my next visit. 5 Stars for sure. The breakfast was wonderful too.

Beautiful hotel, clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and accommodating staff. A few vegan options at the breakfast buffet, and at the restaurant!

Lovely Stalin-era skyscraper hotel with high quality rooms and helpful English-speaking staff (bar a few housekeeping people). Excellent buffet breakfast.
Efficient concierge who seems to only take cash but will help you book guided tours, taxis and tickets to the Bolshoi theatre. There's an ATM in the hotel for foreign exchange from debit cards. The souvenir shop also has trinkets that are cheaper than the touristy areas in the city centre.
There are four elevators serving the building with no stair access encouraged. You have to swipe your card in the elevator's card reader to reach higher floors.
There's a hair salon in the basement. A clean swimming pool and jacuzzi too. The changing rooms are accompanied by saunas.
Unfortunately, the pillows in the bedrooms are incredibly soft, but otherwise I'd recommend this hotel.response / report this review -

You definitely feel like you're in a five star hotel when you walk in to the Hilton Moscow Leningradskaya. The hotel looks grand, there is a concierge, swimming pool, sauna etc., Even though we had a pleasant stay at the hotel, I was a little bit disappointed by a few things. Our room had a nice view and was very spacious, but the room and especially the bathroom felt very dated (wood chipping off some furniture, wallpaper coming off, old dirty tiles in the shower). However, my biggest disappointment was with the service. You'd expect an excellent service in a 5 star hotel where they charge you $30 for a bottle of water. It was not the case, the staff wasn't rude per say, but they weren't very friendly and accommodating either. When we asked a concierge if he spoke English, it felt like he was almost insulted by our question. Then the sauna wasn't working and when we asked why not, the girl replied - well, someone turned it off then (I'm sorry but I don't really care and want you to blame other guests, just fix it and apologies). Then the hot tub wasn't working and again, no apology or solution, just an abrupt - there is no hot water. Seriously? By no means it's a bad hotel, I'd stay there again, especially if the price is good. But it would be so much better if - the rooms were updated, the staff learned how to speak English and were taught how to deal with customers better.

So far so good. Just arrived. Already old facility, however with so flair. Good service. Somekind inconvenient internet access , max 3 devices with 4mb.

Nice and spacious room for the 3 of us. There's a pool and a sauna one floor below the reception. Great value for money.
