  Beautiful interior, great food, but be ready for waiters rolling their eyes if you cannot choose a dish right away God forbid if you change your mind and ask a different dish from what you just discussed.
  The waiter offered us two options for tea: black or green. After we asked if they make tea of loose leaves or bags, and other questions (more like investigation), it turned out they offer great deal of teas with berries and herbs Why start with "black and green"? Very annoying :(

  Воскресенье. 22 июля. Время 21.30. Посетили данное заведение в надежде поужинать и полюбоваться окрестностями. ..на входе никто не встретил. Девушка, стоявшая за баром, уткнувшись в свой телефон, продолжала игнорировать нас. Решили позвать ее сами и попросить меню! На что она, явно не довольная (!!!!) Бросила свой телефон и принесла нам меню. На наш вопрос есть ли туалет , она ответила , что Нет. И предложила сходить в кустики но за пределы их заведения!!!! Настроение ужинать сразу отпало! Мы сами из ресторанного бизнеса и были просто в шоке. На наш запрос книги жалоб, парень за кассой пригрозил вызовом охраны!!!!!на наш вопрос где Бейджики и как зовут темную девушку и парня за кассой опять угрозы!!! Я такое вижу впервые! И это в центре Москвы! Большая просьба к владельцам сия заведения: обратите внимание на подбор персонала! Ужас! Испорченный вечер и настроение!

  Отвратительная паста карбонара! Заплатила 700 рублей за то, что есть было невозможно (и нюхать тоже). Было впечатление, что пасту варили в растопленном сале. На мою претензию менеджер Дмитрий (ТЦ Европейский) ответил, что здесь готовят так и все едят. Уважение к клиенту отсутствует.

  Looks better than outside decor suggests, and pizza is thin style but better than most crappy Moscow joints. They have a huge brick oven - can we get chicago style one of these days here! Lots of couples on dates at this "Rus-a-telli" authentic Italian restaurant.
