  I have been using this service for a long time. There were no complaints about the quality of the work. But as it turned out, the service uses low-quality parts. Six months ago, I did a full diagnosis and repair of the entire suspension. Among other things, the rear shock absorbers were replaced. I didn't like the work of the shock absorbers right away. they worked out bumps very badly, strong blows of the rear suspension were felt. What was immediately reported to the service, but the claim at that time was rejected. Six months later, these shock absorbers were completely out of order. This was discovered during maintenance at an authorized dealer. The employees of this service refused to accept the claim in connection with the low-quality installed shock absorbers. As it turned out, according to the strange rules of service, if only two shock absorbers were changed, then the warranty for them was six months. And since I arrived six months and one week later, this is no longer a guarantee case. Firstly, no one warned that the warranty was only six months. The document on the replacement of shock absorbers is written out on a piece of paper, without specifying the brand, part number, warranty period. Secondly, where is the condition that two shock absorbers are guaranteed for only six months. I called in Monroe - there is a year warranty on shock absorbers, officials generally promise two years. And there are no conditions changing two or four. Third, the repair consisted of a complete overhaul of the suspension. It means that all the other suspension units were checked by the employees and, if necessary, repaired, and then the question arises why hang on, that only two shock absorbers were changed - everything else is fine. So it turns out that the family of the shock absorber from the factory took seven and a half years, and six months were enough for the new ones for them to fail, not to mention that the work of these shock absorbers cannot be compared with the original ones. I will no longer use the services of this service.

  Replaced rear bushings, very quickly and efficiently. Plus they looked and said what else needs to be done on the suspension. Well done. Recommend.

  I came for the first time. Did the collapse on the Audi 80b4. Everything is good and the price is normal. Tomorrow they will change the rear silent blocks on it, let's see what and how. The price for a replacement is great too.

  I came to them, as I bought a guarantee of 100% color matching. Not a damn thing. For that kind of money, he could pour over the whole car. We did it with high quality, I admit it. Maybe they fall in color, white, black, for example, but more complex colors - paint in a different place! And detained for a week!

  I came with a specific purpose - to change the thrust bearing and support of the front struts. They did everything very quickly, the main thing is neat, all the plugs, the frill latches were put in place. I really liked the master, you can immediately see he worked with VAGs, knows the subtleties and all their weak points talked, disassembled the old thrust bearing in front of me, showed the lack of lubrication in it (although I knew it all myself, the problematic place of the car). In short, the second time in this service, I'll go again!

  Доброго всем времени суток!
  Обслуживание - 1 балл
  записываешься за несколько дней, приезжаешь в назначенное время и тут всё заново - вы КТО, ЧТО вам от нас нужно, выслушалразвернулся и ушел
  Идешь к администратору, он от тебя убегает!
  Смех и грех)))
  
  Цены - 1 балл "заоблочные"
  выправить вмятину на крыле 10т.р. с покраской
  
  Ремонт - 2 балла
  "Детали старые оставить и показать заказчику после ремонта - неее не слышалимы всё выкидываем, если хотите проверить, что мы вам всё заменили - дома у себя сами лезьте под авто и разглядывайте!" отвечает Администратор.
  А ты потом фантазируй, что из трех ОПЛАЧЕННЫХ деталей в ремонте, все установлены на твой авто.
