The hotel is well located. People at the desk are so helpful and nice. Room was clean and quite. If I had to ask you for something would be to include better soaps for the bathroom. They were dry and very poor quantity. Breakfast was ok.

Breakfast was ok, but room wasn't (the furniture is old, the bathroom looks cheap, the TV is really small, no minibar, etc)

Excellent hotel. Neat and Clean with good reception. Only point negative was Same Breakfast menu everyday. May be you can introduce eggs to order for in house guests. Room given to me was smaller than others in-spite of several days advance booking but at same price.

Hotel was nice, but for us, too far from Moscow fair.
Service and restaurant were good, rooms also was satisfactory.
What disappointed me a little was breakfast: room too small for everyone (sometimes you need to stand, waiting a free table) and not so much choice.

Lovely clean hotel - with very helpful staff particularly at reception .
Natalia Pulver and her colleagues were exceptional in helping us sort our visas - there were so many of us and so many hoops to jump through but she was fantastic in helping.
Getting taxis and answering questions at reception --- excellent - especially as we cannot speak Russian .
The food was excellent in the restaurant and breakfasts had plenty of choice and interesting ones too. The staff were very good at replenishing the dishes.
If there is one small criticism it is that some of the restaurant staff were sometimes more difficult to get attention from with their backs to us and gazing at the TV but it was not consistent or persistent.
I also know myself it is less easy to smile when you are concentrating especially when not talking in your own language but smiling does help relax customers too?
