A good comfortable inexpensive hotel near the centre

The reception was very rude

Rooms and bathroom extremely small, walls very thin, people on reception are rude and doesn't speak a word in english.

Relatively non-expensive place in the center of Moscow. Good placement near Kurskaya subway station. Rooms are small and services could be better.

No lift. No house keeping. No food for the paid breakfast except small things and few such as 1 egg and 1 peace of bread.
No water.
