Lot to be desired for when dealing with this office. However, there are pockets, small thou, of human interaction from management, that keep my hopes alive when it comes to prospects of making visiting this place next time, at least more bearable experience.
Regardles of how silly it seams, if the head of department, no meter how nice she was, is not observing a simple law of smoking ban in official buildings, it is hard to expect that human laws regarding kindness and respect of human dignity to be a standard of service from lowerly ranked officers.
Spending a couple of hours in prison would be better than spending a couple of hours in this place.
Terrible!!! Unprofessional staff.
Horrific employees. The most rude, vile people that I've encountered on my travels through Europe. I had the misfortune of having to deal with a blonde woman when trying to obtain my Serbian passport as a Canadian citizen. She seemed like a person who despised her job and her life in general and took it out on the poor souls who had to be there that day. Serbs are some of the friendliest people I've met, but this building seems to taint them. Be ready for your patience and anger management to be tested when coming here. The only bright spot was a kind woman (who is the horrible blonde woman's boss) without whom I wouldn't have gotten my passport at all. She went above and beyond in helping me when no one else seemed interested.
Ljudi koji rade ovde treba da idu na pregled kod psihijatra
Radno vreme pon-sub 7:30 - 20:00, ned 7:30 - 15:30
Old, unusable building, but kind stuff
Uglavnom znaju sta rade, dok ne dodje do nekog problema.
Stara zgrada, ali nema puno čekanja.
Preljubazno osoblje, koje radi svoj deo posla kako treba. Vadjenje licne karte i pasosa je sa njima bilo uzivanje. Izasli su u susret za sve. Svaka cast
Neljubazni i neorganizovani. Ponašaju se kao da smo mi ovde zbog njih a ne oni zbog nas.
Must go there for car registration
