Massive hotel good for business travels not close to downtown/historical center of the city. Friendly staff that was always helpful. I used room service for dinner, food was nothing special.

It was a 4 nights stay for tourism fair in Belgrade. Services were very good and staffs were too friendly. At the start of stay, reception and next day housekeeping was too kind when we had conversation. On 2. day of my stay my national team had a football match i asked to lobby bar and they found the channel on one of the TV immediately. Also i used room service foods were delicious and service were fast. Just i got a problem about the room cleaning. I saw hair on work chair and one of the twin beds which i didnt use. Also walls seem too dirty. I was excepting much more better quality from Crown Plaza.

Hotel are clean. Breakfast are really good. Massage are good, too. Swimming pool is right size, I like it, but gym is little a bit small.
Things I really don’t like, wherever you going you need to bring cash with you, they cannot put on your room. And bar in room is locked and you need to call them and wait for 30 minutes to unlock. If you want breakfast in your room you need to pay delivery service, what is right, but you need to pay breakfast again!report this review -

Very nice hotel, the only thing was that almost every meal was the same… you sort of get used to the same food every day but at least it was very tasty!

Very courteous,helpfull efficient staff. Services are good, immediate response. No color discrimination.Treated everyone the same. Good array of complimentary services for residents.

Amazon Spa wir Massages and treatments you don't wanna miss. Huge swimming pool. Rooms are good as well as beds. I had problem with air conditioner in the room as it works only when the card key is in. Was very hot in the room

The hotel is beautifully renovated, great location, great staff. Restaurant has limited choice but food was excellent. A shopping mall is at a walking distance and so is the public transport. One can walk from the other side of town without any issue and takes only 15 minutes.

Very nice and big hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Pool/Spa area nice and clean.

One of few Crowne Plaza hotels that I like. Must admit that I wasn’t expecting this hotel to be that good. Rooms are very nice, spacious with all the necessary amenities. Staff is very helpful and professional. Location of the hotel is great, it is peaceful even though it is in a busy part of Belgrade. There is a shopping mall 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel, and if you would like to go to downtown it’s just across the bridge, you can walk or take taxi and you’ll be there in no time. The view from the hotel is beautiful down on the river and the old town of Belgrade. Enjoyed my every stay there, and looking forward to the next one. 🙂

Excellent hotel. Friendly service throughout. Robes in room and comfortable bed. Got a comped meal onsite due to a flight cancellation and it was delicious.

Very modern place, staff is very friendly, worthly and positive, whole complex including rooms, premises, bathrooms are clean 24/7. Ive been working there, all people are happy willing to help anytime you need it.. Great place to visit!!!

Staff too efficient not friendly enough.
Housekeeping never changed the bed linin during the 4 night I stayed.
Bath towels are too small! Why not offer bath sheets.
The hotel has large facilities but has no soul.

The hotel itself it okay, big spacious spaces and a lot of daylight thanks to oversized windows. It's clean and breakfasts have a large selection that also include healthy/vegan stuff. Ask for the room with a view of the river. Caveat: wifi in the lobby is a dumpster fire.

The staff is professional and extremely helpful. Rooms are modern and clean. Lobby is huge and gives an impression of modern hotels seen around the world. Crowne Plaza proves that quality hotels still exist in Belgrade.
