  Snezana took my wife and I on a 2-day tour to many desirable places throughout Serbia. Day one was in and around Belgrade. Day two was up to Subotica, Novi Sad, and Oto Maurer (winery). The day ended with a drink (and many pictures) at Novak Djokovic's cafe and trophy room.
  
  The tour itinerary was put together by Snezana based off of interests my wife and I shared with her. We can not be happier with the end results.
  
  Snezana has deep knowledge of Serbian history that provided for informative sightseeing. We were driven in a chauffeured car that made traveling pleasant.
  
  I would definitely recommend contacting Snezana (Serbian Heritage Tours) and using her tour services for anyone visiting Serbia. We certainly would again.

  My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Snezana Bulatovic. Snezana is highly educated, personable, and tailors each tour to the individual preferences of her customers. While planning for our vacation to Serbia, Snezana was an excellent resource. She always responded to our emails quickly, concisely, and went above and beyond what should be required of her job to help us.
  
  I expressed to Snezana that I would enjoy an authentic Serbian meal. She did not disappoint and took us to a wonderful and inexpensive restaurant Honestly, the meals we had in Belgrade were some the best from any of our trips. In Serbia you can spend $20 on a meal that would be $150 in Switzerland and it will taste 10 times as good!
  
  I pointed out to Snezana that I had a religious interest in the Serbiam Orthodox Church and she took me to some amazing locations including a monastery. She also put up with my hundreds of questions while providing in depth explanations. Snezana is outstanding at her job! This tour was one of the best experiences of my life. Before ending the tour, Snezana gave my wife and I some great recommendations for the rest of our stay in Belgrade. Then she proceeded to offer us help if we had any questions during the rest of our trip.
  
  I hope I will get to visit Belgrade again. If I do get to visit Belgrade in the future, I will certainly be contacting Snezana. If you love history, are religiously motivated to visit Serbia, are looking to have fun with something new, or if you are clueless about Serbia and want to learn, then you will be amazed at the rich history of the Serbian people!

  My sister and I booked two tours with Snezana Bulatovic and both were amazing experiences. The first tour was an ancestry tour. Snezana was so great to work with, I passed along the names of our relatives, birth dates, and villages and Snezana put together an incredible tour for us. We were able to meet relatives from both of the villages which our family is from. Being able to not only be in the villages but to meet relatives, some of which remember our family members, was an experience we will never forget. For the second day, we did a tour of Djerdap National Park and once again loved every minute of it. Snezana does a great job catering the tours to your interests. She is so knowledgable, friendly, and easy to talk to that it made the tours that much better. I already know that next time I visit Serbia I will be reaching out to Snezana for another tour! Would definitely recommend.

  For those of you lucky to have been upgraded to First Class travel one day, there is no comparison between the service there, attention to detail, and genuine care. Already before my arrival, Snezana asked me about my objectives and what I hoped to get out of this trip, then prepared a comprehensive program to suit my needs. Furthermore and whenever needed, she improvised and adapted program accordingly. Priority 1 is a top service delivery. In my case I was particularly interested in nice architectural buildings and good art, so Snezana, in 2 days, expertly showed me the best art and architecture in Belgrade. It would have taken me a week - and plenty of luck - to discover these on my own. Highly recommended.
