  Excellent food, beautifull and comfortable room, small but warm and clean spa centre. Situated 3km from ski centre, but organized schutle wan. Fair price.

  Large but poorly furnished rooms, food is ok, spa is tiny and an appointment has to be made, no chill out area next to sauna. Parking is free but has very limited number of places which get quickly full. Quite far from the ski resort.

  The rooms are very luxary and clean. There was WiFi and TV with over 50 chanales in English (this is something that we missed in a lot of hotels when traveling). The staff was very polite and helpful. In general if you are wondering where to go to ski or snowboard, I highly recommend hotel zoned!

  Total disappointment. Booked one apartment a month and a half, and got a completely different, lower category. The only bright spot is the receptionist Kristina, who at least felt uncomfortable, and her colleague told us shortly "this is the apartment!" Stay only one night, even we plan a week.

  Family with a small child, we spent 5 wonderful days in this hotel. Clean and large rooms, great bar, playroom for children, spa center, what ever you like they have it. And you can even buy a room for a fair price, close to Kopaonik center. Great place.

  Nice hotel but some cheaper rooms are horrible, with cracks on walls, smells etc. Book on upper floors!
