  very very pathetic service. they do not deserve even one star. BM and other staff is just wandering here and there...or sitting idle and customers que is building up. I have not seen a more stupid operation in Qatar anywhere else. processed only 10 customers in 1 hour.
  It is the by far the worst bank in Qatar.

  The bank does not care to upload timings for Ramadhan on website ...so as to let people come in the scorching heat at 1600 to find an A4 posting on the entrance that it's shut...

  The most excellent bank in qatar. Recommended for the safekeeping of your assets. All Pakistanis must open an acct here for added benefits when they are in home country. Keep it up UBL.

  Worst Bank in Qatar. Customer Service till Cashier service is horrible. You need full day to stand on Que, One Cashier only even he is busy from his staff favors. People who has sources or know someone in Bank or Manager they are coming through internally UBL staff office directly. No need to stand on Que.
  Extremely disappointed from the service. Ever worst experience in any bank in the world. This is just not today it's happening since this bank is opened. You need full day to spend for 5 min transaction in the bank. Qatar Government need to take proper action to monitor and to improve UBL systems.

  Worst bank in Qatar. Only one teller to deal large numbers of customers. You have to wait for hours for your number.
  Most of all the staff are lazy and not interested to provide good service.
