I visited the clinic in the morning due to a fever and cold and consulted with Dr. Mohamed Fawzy. Before coming to the clinic, I had taken paracetamol because my temperature was high. When I arrived, my temperature was checked and found to be normal.

I informed Dr. Fawzy about my throat infection, cold, and fever. However, he did not come close to me or perform any initial examinations. Instead, he quickly prescribed paracetamol, an allergy tablet, and a cough syrup, directing me to collect the medication from the pharmacy.

When I requested a sick leave, he dismissed my concerns, stating that I had no significant issues and suggesting that I was merely seeking a sick leave. Later that evening, my fever worsened and persisted into the next day.

I felt that Dr. Fawzy did not take my symptoms seriously, which resulted in a very disappointing experience.

Customer care is terrible. Most of the times they make us wait for very long period of time. Once I took my blood test and I was told to come after week for getting my report. But when I came after 1 week they told me that I need to take appointment because doctor is not available. I'm very disappointed because of this.

The health center closes by 23:00
But they stop taking any walking customers by 20:00 even before 20:00

And the funny part is they say only emergency cases they will assist.

I wonder then why is there a emergency in HMC

From 20:00 to 23:00 they just get paid for nothing.

Hope the above helps if anyone is going Mc to the health center make sure u go before 19:00

    What a joke

One of the worst medical center i have ever visited.
Security lady from africa (with abaya)very arrogant since day 1, most of the reception staff (Arabic) very rude and there is black lady, she is the worst. The people in the reception always chit chatting and calling the numbers whenever they feel.
Their communication skill is very low, rude and arrogant. Most of them wont listen to the inquiry and they are keep on talking to each other. But if they see any qatari people they are acting so smart.
Many people are suffering from their behavior since long time and i am wondering why no one is taking any action.
And I recently visited to the hospital due to i was having cough and fever, since it was 11 AM they said i am late I had to come back 4 PM again.
And I was carrying my 6 months old baby since I did not have anyone else to keep her at home.
So again i go back there at exactly 4 PM after keeping my baby with the husband at home.
Waited there another few mins to take the token and Since 4.30 to 7.20 Almost 3 hours I have waited to see the doc. For the entire 3 hrs doc was checking only 3 - 4 patients and she barely called the numbers. One of the Arabic patients went inside there to check as per her doc was having phone call. Then again people started to get panic, and knock her door then only doc started to call the numbers. After everything Doc was hurry to prescribe the medicine,as well as sound quite arrogant. Then again waiting for the pharmacy 30 - 40 mins bcz they were too busy with talking. And I am telling you this is not the first day. This is continuously happening with the same staff for many people,I am wondering why no one is taking any action or no one is monitoring them specially the reception and security staff. Please train them some good manners and ask them to be polite with the patients since they are getting paid for this Job. Thanks

From the security, reception all the way to the doctor everyone here is rude and arrogant as if we are availing some of their personal favour. The doctor got angry for the patient having a long medical history and said " hasbi allah wa ni3mal wakeel, am I supposed to go through this all!!"
If this is the kind of doctors there how can someone trust their treatment.

Another doctor kept us waiting. after a long wait someone entered the room casually, spoke in arabic and got his kid treated even though the previous patient had left a while ago and the doctor hasn't changed the number to the next. SO once he left I knocked and the doctor just dismissed me by saying " Do you know how to read numbers" and then once i went out and sat after being insulted badly he changed the number.

I would not have even given one star but had to click to write a review. Extremely bad experience, staff was provocative, uncaring, hell bent on sticking to policy and did not want to listen otherwise. They really need training on people centered approach. I sure they will do well this way. Good luck, all for improvement!

Staff are not cooperative at all especially reception ladies and indian staff nurses. They are shouting and isolating too much especially in this corona situation. There behaviour is very bad .Its their job to treat us in a good manner but I dont no why they are behaving to us so rudely. STAFF nurses are very lazy and so rude. Its seems like they are coming to hospital only to get salary. Very lazy staff. Doctors also not good.I hope this will reach to higher management.

It was my worse experience. I hope my voice can reach out to the higher management of the health Centre. The Philippine reception lady was rude and also the lady in the counter were extremely rude .They are very arrogant to the patients .Patients came to do the treatment because they are sick.I don’t think they don’t deserve to get such treatment from the staff . It’s very unfortunate that the patients have to go through sickness and tolerate the behaviors of the staff.I noticed, counter staff they are local and nobody is dare to tell anything about them .They do things of their own wish . They will attained 1 patient and will start their ladies gossip for 15 minutes and more. And they will attained their personal phone called for long. I waited for my turn to come .I was holding token no.558. She went out ,talk in the phone for a while . She came back skip token number to 563. It’s is my humble request to director of health care Centre to kindly monitor and look onto this situation.Thank you and looking forward-for betterment behavior toward patients by the staffs.Best Regards

Parking is very limited inside and outside the centre. The clinic itself is quite old compared to the new health centres today. Staff are friendly but others are just too lazy or slow. Reception takes a while before you are entertained (average 10 minutes waiting time). It takes even a longer time waiting for the actual check-up or appointment (avg. 20 mins.) but if you arrive late for 5 minutes or more, there's a good chance they will cancel your appointment. The pharmacy, hands-down, takes the longest though (avg. 30 mins). One time, I spent 2+ hours here and the actual check-up only lasted 5 minutes.
