Don’t expect doctors at ER to turn their brain on to help. If your problem is not more than obvious e.g you broke a leg, don’t expect any wise advices and you’ll just get some vitamin infusion or whatever, get your/insurance money deducted and get sent home. The end and good luck. I had high expectations when I saw this hospital opened, but when I really needed help and good doctors advices to conduct thorough research, I got infusion and bye bye. First impression - just another fancy looking private hospital in Qatar...aaaand that’s it.

Got impressed by the interior and courtesy of the staffs. Easy access from c ring road, got underground parking, no waiting for the consultation as it is on appointement. However, i booked the appointment online and it said I will be contacted by the staffs but no one called even after the appointment time. I was confused about to go or not to go on the scheduled time! The receptionist wasn't reacting regarding to this matter! Now I don't know how to book an appointment as they don't pickup the phone and the online booking seems to be a failure method. Hope the management can take care of it!

Both my husband and I have attended the Turkish hospital and have been extremely impressed with all staff and clinical care. I was unfortunate to have had acute gallstone problems in January and following an emergency admission I underwent surgery the following day. The facility is incredibly clean, staff are extremely attentive and actually listen to you the patient and clinical procedures are performed with the utmost care and skill. We have also found the receptionist staff to be extremely helpful and accomodating.

Good hospital and modern technology.
I had a very good experience there.... Good staff, doctors and cool atmosphere. Modern technology with a very special waiting set up.
Only thing to improve is the Reception, hopefully a bit more dynamic.

Highly recommended hospital, shortly ill say CURRENTLY THE BEST PVT HOSPITAL, I experienced general surgeon, here i would admire Dr. Guray Sarp, very professional surgeon. thanks doctor for your services.
Overall staff, hospital itself and the services I liked, if you need quality treatment in SHORT TIME, Turkish hospital is best. Basement vast parking , neat and clean hospital with professional team. All best wishes and Good lucks for Turkish Hospital.

The worst service ever had in my live was at the Turkish hospital . when you try to make an appointment, they hung up the phone on you, and when you try to talk to the supervisor they also hung up on .The front-desk staff are very
unprofessional. I do not recommend this hospital. You can imagine how the Drs would be if the front-desk like that
