  Misleading instruction only giving hardships to people. I was applying for Hamad Medical Card denied here as they said this branch is for family only. Given instruction to go to Qatar Red Crescent - Workers Health Center. When I went there, application for Hamad Medical Card is also not processed there. It was far location in Mesaimeer, waste of time, 50 QAR for transportation & effort. It was a wrong misleading instruction.

  Had my PCR test done on Thursday at this place. This is because I returned from a red list country. The nurse told me I will be notified about my result within 24 hours. She said I will get a message. I asked her many times is she sure about it. Because I really need a green EHTERAZ by Sunday. There is something that I must attend. It is to be said that I have no symptoms of Covid whatsoever and have my two shots of Pfizer done ages ago. Anyways long story short despite many calls no update of my result. It is clear that I won’t have green EHTERAZ and hence can’t attend a very important meeting. Life in Covid is already difficult and on top Qatar’s extraordinary restrictions and then a staff which neither understands the urgency nor the importance of their own commitment. Overall what a FAIL .!!

  Staffs are performing very poor, not professionally and very aggressive.
  Yesterday 27th June 2021 at 8:30PM, I visited to this health center to inquire about my appointment for COVID-19 vaccination. one Filipina lady who was sitting in the relevant counter replied and behaved me very rudely. actually I am a senior engineer in an international company but she treated me as a labour, very disappointed, she could have replied in a good manner but she did not.

  Staff needs more training. Slow service, I have gone there twice now for PCR both times the waiting area was empty but I had to wait 30 - 45 min... the nurse who performed the swab test acted like he has never done one before, very uncomfortable experience and very unprofessional, and yes I have done swab many times before in Qatar this was by far the worst...

  2nd bad experience in this Health Center, worst staffs. Even you explain to them that you have the symptoms of Covid19, and you had Close contact with a Positive person, Despite of waiting in the line under the heat for an hour, they will still send you home, because you don't have a valid healthcard on hand, and you have the copy of your I.d only..Qatar Goverment should not be surprised if there's a rising case of infected Individuals. I wish Muaither Hospital will be open again for Swab Testing. As I did my swab test there Months ago and don't have any problem.

  How come they were COVID center when they refused to have a person tested for COVID-19 even though you have informed them that you had contact with a COVID positive person! They insisted you go to your corresponding health center because they said temperature is normal. Had fever last night and earlier this morning.
  But by the time i went there at exactly 1:40pm my temp was 36.8 which is normal. He insisted i go Abu Nakla. i keep on explaining i call health center hitline and i was instructed to go at this clinic but still wont listen...

  I just did my swab test around midnight, no appointment was required. The nurse who checked on me was nice and polite. The swab test was done within an hour of waiting. It would be nice if the staff weren't loud in such empty night.

  Health center for covid testing in general and for travel purposes irrespective of your zone or even if you don't have health card.
  For travel purposes air ticket required, QID and building blue plate details (residing zone, street, area) for the sign up form.
  It is open on weekends too. Our test was done Friday morning for the flight on Sunday night (waiting time was around 30mnts), ehtheraz changed to Grey in the evening, and by night turned back to green. Report was collected next day morning. Cost is QAR156 per person for those with out health card. Payment can be made only using cards, cash not accepted.
  Excellent service by all staff and nurses.

  The receptionist is very rude and unprofessional, the doctor was very rude with my wife, she talked to her as if she is giving us charity. It's very disappointing for such a prestigious organization to hire such rude and unprofessional people. My wife is pregnant and she walked out crying from the doctor's room. We are humans not flies

  I am very much upset to the one who's answering phone calls here exactly 7:54 pm today. I want to ask something if they were the Health Center 24 and i would like to ask if what are the timings of their Dermatologist would be in there but i'm not yet finish she just answered to me " COME AT THE HOSPITAL " and drop the call immediately. You all supposed to be more hospitable if some persons needs the information or inquiries, because we will not calling you if we are not in need.

  Rawdat Al Khail Health Centre is providing an excellent medical facilities inside the Doha. It was upgraded from the existing AL Muntaza Primary Health Centre into Rawdat Al Khail Health centre with additional facilities and big building newly constructed. They are giving standard health care facilities to the Qataris and Non Qataris people. Only thing need to do is to get the Health Card from here. Areas from Al Muntaza, Al Hial and some other places are the eligible people to apply health card in this health centre. Some document and details like photo, Kahramaa bill, Tenancy Contract, QID, street no. and zone no. need to be submitted. For one year, 100 QAR should be paid for Resident. Consulting and medical service is completely free and some little charge for medicine. Women and men care, child care, dental and other speciality medical services are provided. Also some other services MY HEALTH PORTAL, FAMILY DOCTOR, etc., are mentionable one

  Very nice and good health center.
  Thanks for qatar government. But When I went to register for my health card its took bit longer then expected and then i went to no.22 Receptionists to register by baby vac she told to.go next counter and that counter lady said no.25. Y they not communicating properly so im.bit disappointed.that it. Overall happy for it.

  There is a very good guy who can speak Engligh and Arabic, a very helpful person...regarding the ladies in receiption, they are very rude, not helpful and even not answering to a question in english....all good except those ladies' service.

  The security Lady and THE LADY at the health card registration were extremely rude and EXTREAMLY RACIST!
  She has no basic knowledge of least how to talk to a person. Treats with disgust. The information center was helpful. However it is a shame the way they speak to patients.

  The first and worst health center I have seen in Doha. Having worst receptionist. The lady sitting for making health card registrations is so rude and no respect for the people coming for registrations. Worst behaviour ever seen in my life staying in Qatar. I request the management should take action to the lady sitting in Heath card registration section. First time I have been to a health center in Qatar they made it worse.

  I would like to thank all who work at the health center. It is a pleasure to enter the building and be greeted politely by staff and also by civilians. The center is easily accessible and always kept very clean in all areas that I need to receive treatment. Doctors are always polite and always inform you about your health condition and make sure you understand them before leaving. The procedure at the pharmacy to collect your medication is quick and fast once u have a ticket to queue and the payment system allows a person to pay quickly with the ATM card. I've been attending the clinic now for almost a year and recently had surgery at Hamad General Hospital and I now require daily dressing of my wound. I have to compliment all the male staff in the treatment room I meet on a daily basis for their exceptional outstanding service I receive each day when I arrive at the health center for them to change the dressing on my wound. Their politeness, respect, discipline and concern for my condition is humbling and appreciatiative. They are all valued hardworking and knowledgeable employees of their daily tasks that they carry out each day with patients of all different diverse nationalities. I recommend that they all should be recognized with a service award by the health center due to their brilliant commitment in carrying out their sometimes demanding jobs.

  The Muntazah Health Centre is now changed and relocated to Rawdat Al Khail health center in its new location. All Muntazah patients should now go to this new health center. It's mandatory to book an appointment before visiting. Appointments can be booked through calling 107. Multiple languages are offered for booking such as Arabic, Hindi, English and so on. There are some parking spaces available though they will fill up quickly during a busy day. The procedures maybe a bit confusing if you're going there for the first time. Just head straight to the reception and tell them you booked an appointment through the call center. The receptionist will give you a token number for consulting the doctor. You'll be evaluated by a nurse before the doctor sees you. Everything is digitised and the old paper based file system is replaced completely by computers. The place is clean and spacious. You might be lost or confused if it's your first time. Just ask around and have patience.

  A pleasant and shocking upgrade from a shanty clinic to an almost American Standard Health Centre. Very spacious and pretty. However, the staff is the old who are struggling with a new system. So expect some delays for initial period i would say 6 months. Overall, i see they can improve greatly and instead of a patient taking one hour to finish it could be easily reduced to half an hour.
  Last but not least, staff really need to be punctual. Ironically they beat you up big time if you arrive early but when the clock strikes, they are nowhere to be seen. I hope management is reading this and strive to improve.
  The parking is not a problem anymore as they built an extra lot in the basement.
