    Where is the consumer protection association so they can prevent pure water tech from doing this to other people. this is not right there are certain rules in place. a company can not just con people like that .something needs to be done asap so we can know consumers are protected.
    below is my full story of what happened recently.
    I regret choosing pure water tech to install a media filter with cooper piping in my house and drinking water filter in the kitchen. media filter with piping 4000qar , water filter 1100 qr. as you can see in the pics attached what a horrible job they did instead of making things better for me they made it worse . piping was not installed correctly for the media filter. first time I covered it with tissue. second time they came to fix it next day it was leaking as you can see in the pic. also these guys don’t know how to install a simple drinking water filter so I’m not surprised they didn’t know how to do install the media filter piping correctly. next day the drinking water filter fell and broke the aluminum floor of inside the kitchen cabinet as you can see in the pics attached this is more loss for me now I have to bring the aluminum guy to fix the aluminum floor of the inside of the kitchen cabinet. these guys are not professionals I don’t know if they think this is a game for people or what. I asked them to take their media filter and piping and drinking water filter and give me a refund so I can bring another well known company to install. they said ok no problem then the next day when I brought the other company who are professionals and installed everything in 2 hours yon can see my separate review on them and pics. I called them reminding them of the refund 5100 qr they didn’t give it to me they said go and take it from consumer protection association now this is not away to treat customers. Plus it took them 6 hrs to install media filter other company took 2 I should of known they were not professionals since they took a lot of time. clearly everything was their fault and I just wanted to install the best for my house. the way of the installation is wrong it didn’t last 2 days how will it last the next 10 years.
