A man is bad service he's name mr. Hossan counter no 2. If you want to help for ooredoo service another service branch or another service desk. I don't know why he is shout and loudness speak to customer.
And all counter can paid telephone fee
But he did reject and only speak at use ATM machine for pay. Why??? And also he is did not listen my voice only he want to speak continuously....I think ooredoo management maybe don't understand his service mind. I'm first time like this during 9 year living in qatar. It it true and for your help....

Today I went to OOREDO Alkhor main branch. I collected the e ticket C052(31.01.2019 , time 16:3O). I had to wait very little time and after that the Customer care lady asked me to procced towards her . I told I'm receiving messages from some especial no 93211 and its deducting my balance. She told it's not her job to resolve the problem and call 111. I told I've approached to 111 but no one received my call and hence I came to customer care office. She scanned by QID and told no problem. Then I approached to next gentleman (customer care man) and he solved the issues with 10 seconds. I dont know the lady who provided a very bad very bad customer service but I wish OOREDOO shall avoid such kind of lady to recruit or else provide better customer service training and do physical verification for the service or alternatively need disciplinary actions against such kind of staff.
