Excellent Customer Service. Technicians are very friendly and very supportive. Only negativity is that wakra branch does not offer washing and tyre balance facilities. Other than that I'm more than satisfied.

If you want to have your worst customer service in your life time, buy Mitsubishi in Qatar. I had 2 different Mitsubishi car in the timeline I have been in Qatar, 4 years. Whenever I go to Mitsubishi services, or part dealers, I have gone mad due their amateur work approach.

The staff here are very friendly and noting each problem of the vehicle(even though its their duty to ask problem of the vehicle) and taking good care of the customer. Service centre Manager really down to earth guy. Very good experience.
