Better to keep enough time to get their services since this branch is mostly crowdy.
I can call it anything but not a bank very bad customer service. Staff is useless and not cooperative at all. It was my worst mistake to bank with them.

They do not even deserve one star, very bad, rude staff; get ready to spend over 2-3 hour for a transaction. Also they will inform you to come back to collect documents, when you turn up to collect it, it will not be ready. We had to visit 3-5 time to get some bank statements

This is the new location of Masreq Bank whichever is moved from Husain Al Fikhry Building.
You will never find a parking in peak hours. Please try to part somewhere else and visit the bank, May be you will found parking in front of you are lucky guy of the day.

the worst banking experience i ever had. if ur planning to apply for a loan dont ever think about it. they take months. very slow service and not customer friendly. I will not recommend this bank to anyone.
