  Was very much surprised by the staff and their attitude.. Had a recent visit due to an emergency for my child and very irresponsible behavior, told me to go anywhere else as the Dr is busy!!! I'm sure the experience reflects management intent.. Hospital are not a place to show staff muscles as people are visiting you when they are in trouble.. Wish someone will train the staff courtesy and patient care and responsibility of a Hospital...

  Very bad experience. Waiting for more than 1:30 min. Nurse incompetent . Blaming the patient that was late when was no true . Really not recommend this place .

  Professor Ahmad El Antably made a very successful operation to my daughter IntraLasek Thanks God And he is Avery respectable talented skillful doctor I recommmend him not only for his skills also for his very nice welcoming comforting attitude

  I came here hoping to see a doctor immediately. ( I walked in) I mean, problems don't usually give a notice before they arrive. So here i am waiting more than an hour to see a doctor for my irritated right eye. If you intend to come see a doctor, pack yourself a snack bag. If you have a child, get them too and pack their diaper bag with enough goodies. Not everyone has a nanny available all day. Perhaps you can spend some "me time". Or maybe they just want you to see the doctor so bad that their lackluster treatment may seem 5 star to you

  Dr Mohammed checked up my eyes . He is very professional and I recommend him. Magrabi is very professional clinic from the registration to the nurses until the doctor room . Very satisfied. Thank you for giving us the best services amazing team.

  The call center : 0 star
  The nurses are not friendly or smiling at all as if they are being tortured to work.
  The doctors are OK for the regular cases.

  horrible on the phone. staff in nice once you are there. impossible to take an appointment. although they have an option to take an appointment. the call center guy is very rude. he simply says, WHAT CAN I DO. IF THEY DONT ANSWER YOU THEY MUST BE PUNISHED.
