Very poor customer service. I have been requesting for over a week via WhatsApp for a replacement jug for my Nutribullet blender. Until now I cannot get a proper response! When calling agent are not at all helpful. I will prefer to order the item from Amazon than to deal with such an unhelpful bunch!
