Not clear instructions when token given. After 1 HR waiting we advised on various corrections. Then at the typing area another 90 mnts. Later again they asked to take token. And it will take double the days compared to direct from embassy.

This is one of the Indian mission in Qatar in affiliation with the Indian Embassy.
They provide services like passport renewal, Nri certificates etc.
It also has a hall and classes for Indian cultural activities like dance, martial arts, music etc. It also has a canteen facility, ATM and form filling services. Timings are also good for working community and also works on Friday.

Can perform almost every services of Indian embassy with help of ICC. If you really wants to save your time please be equipped with all details are correct and right form filled . Recently added kids or newborn passport application as well
For passport renewal you just fill online form along with a personal particulars form,, for the police clearance.. you will not get it online . I added a scan copy here please feel free to take printout fill it and go.. be sure that you filled up every possible data without mistakes if not they will ask you to go back and again on queue.
For me I filled the online application form and went but they gave personal particulars form and asked me to come in evening...or next day.. to submit a passport renewal form it took 3 hrs for me..,😔
I don't find any benefit for applicants as the embassy made forms in online.. be prepared for to spoil a day off and go ahead.

ICC or Indian Cultural Center is a institution under the embassy of India. Works like renewing passports or taking PCC ( police clearance cirtificate) emvassy attestation etc... can be done here easily with some service charges. So that you don't have to go there.

The organizations approved by embassy can use the halls of ICC to conduct programme or meetings. There is four halls . All is free but the biggest.

The service is very good

Good services, they are providing most of the services provided by Indian Embassy like passport renewal and attestations with a small service charge. Also they are hosting culture programs and activities for the Indian community. There is a big program hall for the use registered organizations.

ICC Service charge Qr. 10/- for each service plus the Indian Embassy charges.

Need to maintain toilets. Can be fully carpeted. Can improve transport facilities to the venue. So that visitors will increase. If diplomats visits from india can be received well. So probably a new look with better lighting is recommended.

They provide Indian consular service for a nominal service charge and very helpful for people find it difficult to visit Indian Embassy during working hours. Staff are very helpful and service is very good. Payment is accepted in cash only and an ATM is available just outside. A small outlet of Aryas restaurant is there in the premises. Passport renewal is the most sought after service here . They dont accept childrens (below 18) passport renewal

Good location but not enough space. A lot of open spaces available near to the ICC, so parking is not a problem.
A lot of cultural activities conducted there like dance classes, karate classes etc.
Monthly a nominal fee for each activity.
Only the high class peoples are coming and participating the program.
Change is required. Arrange meetings for poor one is a great move and a great motivation.

Bad place so disgusting. Is this the Embassy of India or ICC ? Guys a renovation is much needed . Pathetic facilities , untidy. Please try to understand that events are organised there and dignitaries from India also visit.

Quick service. Very less crowd. Has an atm outside the building. Has a small restaurant for snacks. Please carry adequate photo, photo copies as no facilities available for such things around.
If u have prefilled form. Hardly take 15 min. Evening token is issued only till 8.
