PATHETIC!

How do you operate a business with no petty cash to run the days business, claiming it’s the customers Fault and problem there is no Available Change? To an Extent it boils down to insults, being called stupid to my face!
As if the long wait as others were being served as they leave wasn’t enough insolence!

Am filling a complaint Against your stuff ‘NASHAD’ for this unprofessional approach, insults and Racial Discrimination! Which for the record it was none of his business as I was addressing my concerns the cashier and not him!

Good but the staff only are helpful to qatari's only. For non Qatari people, attitude of of some staff are as if they are decent of Indian and Nepalies royal family. Only Philippine staff were good. Sorry for the comment I myself am from Mumbai India and stays with my family and 3 kids but the staff treats non Qatari as if they are not labour class but we are.

Fully equipped in terms of service, good variety of products. Even has a store inside selling sweets and upstairs has a small shop selling drinks and snacks in case there's a long wait for a request to photocopy, laminate, print, etc... Even has a basement selling a lot of school supplies.

One of the biggest bookstore in Qatar .. Has a good variety of books, stationery, printing is also available in here ( printing is quite pricey).. most of their stuff is from China

Compared to the Jareer bookstore, prices are reasonable. Most of the stationary items are available but they still need to consider adding more stuff according to customer need.

More friendly cashiers can make this place even better
