  i used to think that IKEA had the best customer service, since i visited a few times. but now i need to change my opinion, the staff are not friendly now, i think they have better things to do the n help customers. (i would not say all of them , maybe the staffs i encountered).

  Better experience then last few times, staff were helpful, but I love the food court, the food is always great,

  Great service and good quality furniture. I love shopping for homeware and furniture here. Just make sure you dress warm while inside as it's freezing temperatures on the ground floor. The dining section has some great meals for good prices. Love their fish and chips too.

  One of my favorite places in Doha. Most people go for furnirure but I believe the best items are on the way to check out... tons of great stuff for the kitchen, bedroom and even a garden. The candles are the best!

  Visited twice to buy a bed-sofa, huge range of products, delivered in time and the assembling team is also good and professional. But the customer service is not up-to the mark, as some desks were seen empty. we were walked around for find a guy to order. Apart from these, everything was Good.

  Your typical IKEA store, with the IKEA Bistro and Restaurant. Nothing of less to be expected here - all staff were friendly, the place clean and smells a lot like a warehouse with untouched furniture, which I like. Their furniture is sturdy (I have a shelf which I built right after when IKEA opened, still standing strong) and very aesthetically appealing.

  IKEA is a place which doesn't require anymore recommendations.
  It's a place which you can find most of house needs.
  The restaurant is a cosy place that you will feel comfortable over there. Food is delicious and a bit expensive. But in general; all of the family will enjoy being there.
  Doha festival city is next to it and the highway as well.
  I hope you will enjoy it as I did.

  It is a very unique place. And huge indeed. Lot of amazing furniture and related stuff. They are specialized in what they do. The assembling of their products is really simple. Once the purchase is made , they have some swift home delivery facility as well which includes bit of extra charges but it is something worth it. They have lot of kitchenware and home furniture available. One need minimum 4 hours to look around. As it's huge.

  I placed two orders and was expecting them to be delivered by paying 90 Qar delivery charges. However, i was told that there will be additional 200 'picking' charges since the order is placed online. this does not apply if order is placed at the store. This is absurd since i dont need any picking services. Dear IKEA, please be logical.
