The staff not flowing rules when i reach there i am alone and i take tickets G009 but my turn is coming after one hour it’s not good service and even that staff was totally fake no great for the costumer how they higher that type of staff i was shocked . Worst staff . The lady in customer service gives inaccurate information. She is not even bothered to check that information, she starts saying whatever out of her imagination
Worst Atm service always gets shutdown. My atm lost because of it. And IBQ they are not giving help for that.
NB. Try to fix new atm at petrol station in mattarqadeem, near wiki mart
I’ve been today to C ring branch to open an account with IBQ and after long waiting the customer service Staff simply rejected my request and she told me as per my manager because you are QR Employee you should go to the branch which is next to Qatar Airways tower when I asked for the reason because it’s the same bank what is the difference she said I don’t know it’s as per my manager not me.

The Indian lady in customer service gives inaccurate information. She is not even bothered to check that information, she starts saying whatever out of her imagination (regarding the amount of cash that I can take out of Qatar and enter to Europe)
In addition they ensured me I can withdraw my savings in one day cash without problem, however when I tried to do so they showed me a bunch of 150 usd and told me "this is all we have".
Only after calling to customer service, the agent on the phone reserved the exact amount of cash required for me to collect the next day in the main branch. Pathetic
The lady on counter missleaded me with wrong information. They made another mistake and never apologised.... I wrote a complain , just to let them know - never got the answer. Bad and Disrespectful.
they don't even deserve a star!! the worse service a bank can have, inconvenient in every way possible. The staff isn't well prepared, they never know anything. And i have experienced more than once extremely rude behavior from the staff towards me as a customer... unacceptable.
If you're planning to open an account in Qatar, just try another bank... you will be better served!
Standard fare bank with normal service. Can have long lines. Use ATM for deposits to save time.
Worst customer service at the main branch. Staff too busy chatting to each other or on their phones ignoring customers. Very rude attitude and not professional at all.
Evening also open few days but from back end gate.
Card collection gate is on weird place all the way you have to go back side and then from car parking yiu to enter in the building and card office is on 2nd floor this implies if you are not going on regular timings ....
5 stars just for the ATM machine that does both deposits & withdrawals. Really convenient coz I don't need to stand in line at counters to deposit cash, and also during weekends you find yourself with no cash.
