The worst shipping pick up experience I have ever had since I knew about shipping,, one hour of waiting just to pick up a damn shipment, not only that I already paid online a huge amount to get it shipped by dhl but also I paid to pick it up, never heared about admin fees??? Overrated unprofessional company ..

Booking process took 45 mins and my Kindle with charger which weighed about 400g was QR625 to post to UK. Express service was even more expensive so I declined. It was delivered quickly but my oh my, it's a RIP off!

This is the airport branch of the world famous packaging company. There is ample parking space for customers. But the counters are less and that could be an issue during crowded times. But the staff are super cool and helpful, Making a prior appointment would be helpful.

It's at a prime location near old airport besides Indian super market the staff is also helpful, needs to take token when we enter the office, service of DHL is fast convenient reliable,it's little high on charge side but it's worth giving when we get good and fast service,staff is helpful when we need help regarding delay in delivery or misplaced of parcel

Token system of attending customer. I liked that. Staff is courteous. And quick is resolving matter. My package delivery address was changed to their office, which was done without any hesitation and further problem. there system was updated and the staff who picked up my call later was aware of the change, this is great customer service. Thanks to DHL.
