Worst banking experience ever ….. No adequate staff and no proper queue system and poor reception
There was some waiting time because I didn't book an appointment.
But the staff the security everyone was super friendly and helpful.
The security is verry good and helpfull and give the best direction to the customer and we can save a lot of our time with it.
Very slow customer service, taking forever to reach the counter!! A branch covering a big city like Al khor only 2 counters working ?!!
Very bad way of dealing with customers ,,,, specifically in the customer care section,,, they behave like they are doing some favour to us,,,, and doesn't know what is hospitality and how to respond to thier customers ,,,, customer care person approch in such a way as if we had came to his house requesting to give some thing for free,,, more over he says,,, to give some specific moths statements i need to sit and segregate it and it takes time and straight away telling i cannot do that ... I need to ask you dat ,,, If not for working ,,, for wat you are sitting der,,,, it was counter no 5 on 4th march 2024 , i am not mentioning the person name ,,, just not CBQ should defanitely provide training for these kind of idiots ,,, and make them understand hw important customer is and how to give a proper reply to customer in polite way
After paying 120 riyal,,,, he provided me a 6 month statement in black and white copy that too printed in both side.. cbq cost savings to be appreciated
