  The telephone declared for the branch can be contact but no one answers the call. What is the purpose of the provision of telephone if no one will attend the calls? Better remove the telephone. I need to make an inquiry but no one responded as I expect.

  THEY JUST PROVIDE EMAIL ADDRESS AND MOBILE NO. TO THEIR WEBSITE FOR DISPLAY ONLY. NO ONE THERE FOR RESPONSE. I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED.

  I received message from
  Bank that my account was blocked (on Friday) because of my employment status. Even I have still one month of work ahead. Also in message told me to call them or come to the bank. IT’S FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very disappointed! Blocked my account without warning and blocked my money in! You left me without money for two days. Thank you Commercial bank!!!! And your customer care line doesn't work! I can't believe you guys can run a bank! What a joke!

  How to complain and whom to complain. As I was sending money to India it got suck . I don’t know where my money went now. My Indian act no and my averting is correct . But still dint revd in India from past 13 days . Useless bank

  No one answer my calls, working hours of the bank is from 7:30 a.m to 13, how to resolve any problem with the bank if I work from 6 a.m to 4 p.m, should I take a free day from my company ???

  .DO NOT take credit cards from Commercial Bank . they charge interest and all kinds of hidden fees on your own money (holded) . JUST FOOLING CUSTOMERS with reward points. Absolute thief
