Two times I took them the brand new under warranty fusion. It was steering mulfunction failure. They kept the car one week and couldn't fix the car even I have 2 more additional snags now. Sometimes Cannot start and while driving shutdowns itself completely. Now it is third time it doesn't start again :((( How come?

Nobody picks up the phone....EVER
There are no order tickets so expect somebody to cut in line...the people that work there don't care...
They need to keep your car for at least 4 days before they even look at it...
And they say they have bookings 2 weeks in advance... but....Nobody picks up the phone....EVER
And the best is that they cannot find the issue...
And shame you for having the audacity to change anything outside of their service...like the battery and not engine parts.
Why did I do that? Because they charge DOUBLE the price!
I would rather throw dust in my eyes than having to go there ever again...wait... did I mention that this is the ONLY Ford service that has an electrician or can solve brakes issues? Yeah...you have to go there...and you have to put up with all the trash they throw your way...
The service manager is the first one I would change as he is one of the rudest people I ever met.

I went there to buy genuine parts for my Ford Fusion and found the service and delivery good. Located in Industrial area, they are conveniently placed to sell OEM spare parts for automobiles and provide warranty and regular service to your cars. There are lots of auto workshops nearby providing denting, painting, polishing, engine/gear works etc. Rates are fair enough.
Mobile Service Van proved very helpful, arrived at my residence a few hours after my call, technician was experienced & polite, solved my vehicle's problem fast !
