  Compare to other Health Centre in Qatar, I found staff of this health center are not friendly. Some of facilities are limited and building is old. Well baby clinic don't have separate arrangement for infant or child's sample (blood) collections. Need to wait in the Q of male or female Lab. Besides, Lab and pharmacy will go throgh so long Q, will take more than hour in the daytime. I couldn't find any pediatric doctor there to consult for my baby. So, instead of going there, I went Al Wakrah Hospital Pediatric Emergency. I was living before Doha and my health center was another one which I changed to Al Wakra Health Center. I feel this was wrong decision. Might be my expectation is same to Al Wakrah Health Center which I couldn't get.

  Primary Health Centre in Al Wakra. Good Infrastructure. Neat and well maintained. Lot of specialties including Dental. Lot of Parking area. Pharmacy, Lab & Radiology services are here. Better to take appointment before visiting the Health Center. They do have Emergency Walk-In as well. Staffs are really good here.

  No one picks the phone, indirectly they say come to us and ask what you need to ask. minor things can improve the rating but who cares.

  The receptionist lady who gives appointment for children vaccination is rude and impolite.I came twice for taking appointment for two days consecutively but her attitude was arrogant ,told me to wait until the brake is over then after 45 min brake she told the time for appointment is over go back .I was literally blown away by the response I got. i lodged a complaint in same day till date i have not got any feedback .and i didn't go for vaccination for my kid from there till now.

  Usually visit here for kids vaccination...its better to take appointments in evening time.
  You have the option to choose when you book for vaccination appointment.
  Please mind that, males are not supposed to stay a long time near the registration desk for vaccination because its the waiting area for females. You have designated waiting vroom next to it. If no females with you just go inside and do registration and back to male area. Because they are very particular in it.

  There is a reason i avoided coming here for the past 2 years. Just like most of HMC facilities, horribly managed. The country spends billions on healthcare and people cant have a decent access to it. Clueless management!

  Very good Male doctors.
  
  But Female doctors are equally bad, very inexperienced, they take long time to see patients.
  
  Also, the female receptions ask if there is an appointment in emergency cases as well.

  Very crowded. Took me about 2 hours to see a doctor in the morning. Also, there was no ATM. Everything else were excellent.

  They have a hopeless and careless customer care representative called Ammar.
  
  He suppose to look after customers not to deal with them like slaves.
  
  Doctors are good , however some of their frontline staff need training , coaching or replacement.
