Description
The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a 1913’s fully renovated building. It has one room with a double bed, one living room with a bed sofa, a dining room, one bathroom and a large kitchen with a small laundry area.
Just around the corner you can find a small bakery, a coffee shop and a typical Portuguese “Mercearia”, a small deli where you can buy everything from fresh vegetables and fruits, to yogurts, milk, paper napkins, etc. Apart from these small commercial locations, the neighborhood is a friendly residential area.
Kitchen fully equipped, including an oven, cutlery, fridge and dishwasher.
Laundry area equipped with washing machine and ironing space.
Living room with sofa bed.
Dinning room with table for 4 and window views over Rio Tejo.
