Super cute cafe with a very nice staff. Fresh products and high quality food. Oméga sandwich was great.
A lovely place with very friendly, helpful and quick staff, good food at attractive prices and a charming atmosphere. Highly recommended if you want good quality and no crowds (which is inevitable closer to the Palace). And the best coffee I’ve had in Lisbon. :-)
Beautiful cafe and good food. Thanks to the lovely lady who picked up our screaming toddler and entertained and fed him while serving customers, so that we could eat our lunch! They have great facilities for kids- plenty of toys and IKEA highchairs (the best ones).
Such a cute little cafe to stop for a bite to eat. Very friendly staff.. great coffee and Panini sandwiches. They have such a great selection of sweets and pastries so we had to try some and they are incredible. You won't have regrets coming here!
Really had a good time with our son (14 months) at the café eating a small dinner. The staff is SUPER friendly. The café is in a really beautifully renovated old house. There are cozy places in the back and small tables watching the street. Best chocolate cake ever.
Decent food and drinks. Might be the best in Sintra, but still but good enough. Close to the train station, good place for the way out.
Very nice staff!
Such nice food! Awesome to come with a group of friends, drink some tea and chill.
The "scones" are gigantic and so delicious!
It tends to be unbelievably crowdy. Do not come here if you intend to be on a quiet place. Not very good for handicapped people as the pathways are very narrow. Since they have a lot of people coming in, they put the tables a bit close to each other. Enough for you to not feel smothered but not enough for a wheelchair for example, it is very hard to push a baby stroller in it as well.
Try to come on a work day and on off hours, it isn't crowded and you can easily walk around and enjoy very good food and tea.
Local food, good quality, big portions :) Tasty, inexpensive food, very pleasant atmosphere. You can buy tea - the same m has in menu.
A tourist place it is, conform the city of Sintra, so no reason to complain.
Friendly staff, fresh food and warm atmosphere. What do we, tourists, need more?
This is a very touristy place with tourist prices. The scones really are huge and served warm. The thick hot chocolate wasn't as thick as it should be, but the Saudade specialty coffee was very good. The bill for 2 pastries and 2 hot drinks was €13, which for Portugal is VERY expensive. As a comparison: for the same price we had 4 coffees and 9 pastries at Pasteis de Belem in Lisbon...
