  Perfect place to pop up to at sunset, with expansive views of the city. It was very quiet both times I was there, so had ample choice of seating for the best view. The service was friendly and they had some drink specials.

  Cute spot but service was really slow. We just wanted to have a few drinks + a bite to eat. We sat ourselves. The waitress passed by our table several times + never acknowledged us. I went to the bar + asked if someone would come see us with menus she said yes. No one did so I went back to get the menus + ordered our drinks. Once the barmaid realized all of this she came to take our order + the service made more sense.

  Wow. This hotel and it's staff have created Heaven on earth . The rooftop pool with glass side and the open air rooftop restaurant and bar are phenomenal. I don't even know how its possible for life to be this incredible. But it is. Right here. Love this experience .

  The AC dripped on us all night even when turned up. We ended up sleeping the wrong way in the bed to stay dry. Also the breakfast service was terribly slow and messed up the order

  My favorite hotel in San Juan! Great prices, and an old school, luxury hotel vibe. It's like something straight out of a 1960's Bond movie. I loved it!

  Beautiful place with great staff, unfortunately sliding down a bit. Seems as if maintenance had been neglected before hurricane Maria, and there was some hurricane damage, so the total effect is that of a pretty threadbare property. Sad to say but you can do better in Old San Juan at this price point.

  Amazing! The staff went way above and beyond. When I booked the room I told them it was my wife's first time in Puerto Rico and requested a bottle of champagne and dozen roses. So, we check and head up to our room and when I open the door... rose petals leading to the bed bottle of nice champagne on ice and a crystal vase with a dozen red roses. The property is beautiful and located among a quiet side street in Old San Juan. The food was wonderful, the mojitos were strong, and we recommend La Terraza De San Juan to anyone seeking a romantic stay.

  Great Latino vibe. Good recommendations for restaurants and coffee shops from the staff. Staff all very welcoming and happy. Perfect place to stay.

  Last Friday we found out on our last day of our cruise the hotel we booked closed down. We didnt no what we were going to do. My husband went on book it and found a place that had 1 room left it was at La Terraza in old San Juan. When we got their the staff was attentive , helpful ,and happy they could accommodate us. The place was clean, had electricity, and running water. Our room was big and nicely decorated. The owner was so nice as well as the staff. I would recommend this hotel to everyone we are planning to stay there next year.

  Get a room above the first floor. Nice staff, good location for a short stay, beyond that not much to do in area. Not a luxury hotel. Not near a beach. If that is what you want, advise to stay at beach resort.

  Large, clean room with three sets of large doors opening to a narrow balcony with a street view. Lovely tile floors. Great shower with good water pressure. Staff is very helpful! Nice little bar on the street and a bar/ restaurant upstairs. Good prices for room and food.

  The in room private massage was relaxing. The coffee in the morning was amazing. The amenities was on par with any of the big name hotel chains. My wife and I would stay again for sure. The staff was stellar and the rooftop bar and pool was romantic.

  Stayed here one night after a cruise. Staff was very helpful and actually upgraded us to a suite for no additional charge. Rooms are immaculate and bathrooms have been updated. Rooftop bar and pool provide an excellent view of the city. Highly recommend if you want to stay in Old San Juan.

  Very cute boutique hotel with friendly staff and cute decor. The rooftop is a really nice place to hang out. The pool is a little small though but still nice to hop in for a little bit. Giving this place 4 stars because the bathroom was a little musty and the shower had a cool design but leaked all over the bathroom floor. Despite this, I highly recommend staying here if you're in Old San Juan. It's at a great location!
