1.5 HOURS TO GET DELIVERY OF 2 CHAIRS!!!!! I Ordered 2 chairs. Went to pick up from the warehouse. They made me sit for more than 1.5 hours (!!!!!) to get delivery of the 2 chairs. Ridiculous. This is absolutely unacceptable... As if the customers have nothing else to do. Koper management, you do not respect the time of your customers????? The chairs were not free. I paid good price for the chairs and I had to wait for more than 1.5 hours to get delivery of the chairs!!!!!! Unbelievable!!!! No explanation! No apology!! NOTHING. UTTERLY SHAMELESS

Made a order last year in November and paid in full. Haven't received the item yet. When I called to to inquire and explain my situation customer service was rude and interrupted me, saying that they make no promises and that the terms were in the contract. Their staff needs retraining on customer service. The second person was more helpful but still made a sarcastic remark at the end of the call. Seems to be a work culture issue.

Good merchandise, good prices but no service. After waiting over 40 minutes for a sales lady that she will be right back, we left. No one else reach to us or made any effort to help. Totally opposite to the other Koper Stores. I guess lower prices means no service.

Great furniture outlet. They have great quality, new furniture at exceptional prices. I think they do offer shipment home at an additional cost. Since it is an outlet, they don't provide warranty, so be sure to check the items before taking them home. I've purchased a couple of furniture pieces from them and it's the first place I think about when I need something else.
