  The flavors seemed to be there but the rice was really hard, which was unfortunate. Seemed to be a lack of finesse in general with the sushi...besides hard rice, the tempura roll I ordered left the plate all oily and there was just a big old blob of spicy mayo on each piece of the spicy tuna roll. Sat at the bar, service was nice and my order was quick. Work on the rice, please!

  I found the sushi to be really good. The prices seemed a little high at first, but after getting the food, I realized why they were that way. Each roll was massive.

  There are very few options in Dorado for Sushi but this one is the best. Both traditional and creative dishes that makes this place unique. Will come back for sure!
